Late delivery

Is anyone else having issues with delivery? I made an order on Friday 3rd April and chose delivery for yesterday which was the 6th April. Still no item and no email update or anything!

If you have not had a despatch email then chances are the item is out of stock. Yes, it does say in stock on the website but o2 don't know as they don't have a live stock system.
Your best bet @elle2 is to call customer services. Please be patient as they are understaffed and extremely busy at the moment.

Thank you for your response, I called customer services and they said it’s delayed due to the virus which is understandable but it’s now Friday and it should’ve been delivered Monday so very annoying!
