Student discount

Hi I have just upgraded my account and was told by the advisor I can get a student discount by following the website, I hav followed the website and the I have sent the code to 61202 and when I send it I get a text saying o2 oosps that's the wrong code, check the code and try again.

what do I need to do to get student discount
