This google play credit offer displayed on the purchase page for the galaxy s6 edge is from the galaxy tab s template and while out of date, implies that purchasers of the edge are due 30 quid Google play credit.

The offer linked is for the tab s purchased before June 3rd.

It happens often. People worried, call up and are given a promise that they can pay late ad the phone won't be barred. The day after the payment date they find themselves with no phone because the adviser thinks that putting a note on the account somehow overrides the auto system.

So a verbal reassurance  given by CS counts for nothing UNLESS the CS in question takes further action which involves 'overriding the automated payment system'.....

Words come cheap then and mean absolutely nothing. God help the many people who do the right thing by phoning immediately they know they will struggle to pay that month.

I don't think it needs making clearer @Toby it's an incorrect offer. It's for the tab s not the s6 edge?
I think rosadosc has forwarded the edit request already though toby, so should be sorted soon enough.

The ammendments are still incorrect.
The page still lists "free £30 Google play credit and 2 cinema tickets"
The terms now point to the correct offer but the product page needs to remove the gp credit and cinema tickets, and change it to " free six months subscription to Google play music, worth over £55"

It sounds petty, but it's now been changed to correct Google play music but wrong time, it's six months not three.
