Why is my Internmational Calling Card Voucher not being processed for the last two days??

This is very frustrating as I need to call abroad and the card is not being processed.

All I receive is a recorded message stating O2 have a technical prblem which they are trying to resolve.

How long will it take O2 to resolve this issue????
