I phoned up the insurance part of customer service yesterday and they told me that I should expect a text from DPD this morning with a time slot they will be picking up my phone and giving me a replacement one but I have not received a text. I also wasn’t told I had to fill out another O2 insure form so I did that this morning, will this affect my claim as I have the woman on the phone the delivery address (my work one as I’m in work today and tomorrow) and she told me it would be today they came?

If you haven't had a text from DPD then you need to contact O2 again.
