Wanting to make a claim as my phone is broken - all I keep getting told is to ring a number to make an insurance claim - this is impossible due to the phone being broken. Have spoke online just keeps telling me to ring numbers - I've managed to print an insurance form off but it also asks to call first for a claim number etc.
Help please
