How do I cancel my extra

I have not been able to cancel.my extra disney plus. I have flowed all instructions but they do not work. When in my 02 and press manage account and select extras it just shows add extras but no way of cancelling

 Anyone out there can help.me please

Then you need to contact customer services..  if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
