Fraudulent texts

I am receiving spam text messages from 66299 costing me £3.75 each.

Despite blocking the number they are still being charged.

I am unable to reply STOP or STOP ALL for some reason.

Not a lot of help coming from O2 to be honest via the website.

Any advice and/or suggestions welcome.

I am beginning to think I may move to another provider with a new number .
