Fraud Reporting

I wonder if someone can help. I have received a letter today saying I have set up a new O2 phone account which I haven't. Been trying to contact O2 to advise them, but there doesn't appear to be any method to report such a fraud. Any ideas anyone??

In the first instance you must contact customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus to report it.
They will pass it on to the fraud dept who will then contact you in turn for further info.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks mate. Been waiting four hours for an advisor to become available. Didn't know if there was a quicker way.

You can try 08448471428 but it may cost you depending on your landline package.
Not sure they will be working weekends though. They are a Mon-Fri, 9-5 dept.

If you use Twitter, send a message to @O2.

Probably ditto if you use Facebook, @Anonymous.

I think I've used that once or twice - not sure if it helped or not, but at least it lets the authorities know what's happening, @Beenherebefore.
