When I recently upgraded, my discount fell off and wasn't transferred to my new tariff - how do I go about re applying it?? It's a corporate discount via my son's employer however he is currently working away in the Middle East, so can't get into an O2 shop to complete the form - can it be done online??
It was CS who told me that it could be done on line!! Mind you they also told me that O2 Just for You was another solution - what they didn't tell me was that it is only available to O2 customers in Ireland!! I'll try CS again, thanks
Is it the friends and family 30% discount? I don't think this discount can be added by cs, but ask them for the text number as it can be applied via text. Also which phone did you upgrade to as if it was the iphone 5 discount will only be added if the upgrade was done in an o2 store.
