I upgraded my phone on Tuesday. O2 store AND O2 page both clearly state that if ordered before midnight then item would be delivered NEXT WORKING DAY... this has not happened and after speaking to customer services I am informed that my new phone has not even been dispatched yet. Absolute shoddy services by O2 making FALSE promises and simply blaming the warehouse staff. If I had known how incompetent O2 were going to be with this upgraded I would have gone elsewhere and got a much better deal as a new customer

They had issues with a chemical leak near the warehouse so had to evacuate.

Normal service should be resumed now but there is still a backlog to work through.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
