Since being moved by virgin to O2 I get two amounts charged every month namely £6 which is my monthly tariff and £13.27 which I have no idea about. I own my phone so it can’t be that.

Contact O2 if your MyO2 does not help you decipher the second amount - https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin - it may help to call O2 on 202 at around 08:10am any morning, or you can send them a message via Social Media using the link just below this post for Twitter/X, Facebook or Instagram - and keep pinging them every so often on Social Media until they come back to you via Direct Message to get more info.
