I have numerous email accounts on my gmail on my phone and all of a sudden my emails are not coming through. I have not had any updates recently and have logged into my emails from web browser and emails are being received there. I have removed the email account and then added it back onto gmail account then turned phone off and on twice but still no. I have cleared cache and disabled app as well. I have checked my internet and it is working fine. My whatsapp, messaging and calls all fine but just this and is driving me crazy. Can someone help please??

Yep, you need to ask Microsoft, and also try the Outlook app rather than the inbuilt app on your phone

Who are the email service providers and which app are you using for email?

Are you trying over WiFi or Mobile Data?

@Murraydo17 Your issue would be with Microsoft. I wouldn't think it had anything to do with O2, but maybe @madasaf1sh can clarify it for you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
