Just upgraded and received Disney as a free extra however as no children at home not our choice of viewing has anyone been able to swap the extra for AMAZON or another extra

You need to go to your extras in your MyO2 and cancel Disney.
You can then choose another extra.

@MI5 Someone this morning was told the same by CS. However they said they couldn't cancel it via My O2 and been trying for a couple of days?

That is the official advice from O2 but who knows ?
