Hi there.

My 6 months free trial of Disney + ends on 1 February. If I keep the subscription will I be put on to the £5.99 offer with £2 off my airtime? Thank you!

Yes, you automatically get the discount.

Thank you for the quick response @MI5 . Just had a look at the guide you shared and saw it says:

What happens when the O2 Subscription ends?

If you want to carry on yourself you will be charged the discounted price shown in My O2

However, I checked my Extras and it says £7.99 a month after 02 February.

I think that's an error.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

@jonsie @MI5 - thanks for your resposnes. I got in touch with O2 on Twitter and they said because I've already had a free or discounted Disney+ subscription on my current contract, I wouldn't be eligible for another one. It seems that the £5.99 offer wasn't part of the six month offer I signed up for.

No worries, I've turned off the auto-renewal and will just sign up with Disney directly and get the annual subscription. Works out nearly the same.
