Like alot of people having the activation error but I can't seem to find anyone to help the chat always says busy and I don't know where else to find a contact. Should I just wait it out see if they fix it with all the other complaints they are getting?

@Phyllis This is a known issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.
