Disney Plus Activation not working, getting error 404, clicked ont he link in a previous fix on here and entered email and password and get the message there is a problem with my subscription.
Cannot find where to remove the extra and go to Disney Plus direct as seems to be less faff.
Any help appreciated.

There are lots of people with the same problem too.
Try sending o2 a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

This seems to have been going on (off and on) for months - Customer Service say wait 24 hrs - then wait 24 hrs - then wait 3 days - Is anyone actually looking for the solution ?
