Delivery taking too much time

Hello, I have recently ordered a phone as monthly payment and looks like is taking too much time due to this pandemic . I understand that this might take some time to be delivered but at least they should make us aware before ordering something and add it as a info on the site , not making us wait 1 month . Thank you

@Deliverie Your phone is most likely out of stock but you will have to call customer service to make your enquiry. Because of the current crisis they are not running with full staff, so it will take you some time to get through.
