I ordered a new iphone 8 plus as an upgrade on Friday 17 th November for delivery saturday 18th.
Then on Saturday 18th the tracking from DPD says i rearranged delivery for Sunday 19th i did not.
Then today i get the tracking saying i have rearranged delivery for Monday 20th November which i didnt.
What the hell is going on here. Here is tracking details.

Someone is playing silly beggars so I would be ringing customer service. I'm surprised they had the phone in stock to be honest so that's one positive.
If you paid extra for Saturday delivery you need to get them to refund your account

I had a similar thing with an item I ordered from Amazon for 'next day delivery'
The problem was my item arrived at their sorting hub on a Friday (the same as yours)
They didn't do weekend deliveries but the tracking service kept updating itself automatically
The item arrived on the Monday.
Had they sent it via Amazon Logistics it would have arrived on the given date. Sadly they chose Yodel and that was the problem (no weekend deliveries in my area)..

That would possibly explain it but they really need to change the auto response to something that doesn't insinuate that the customer has requested it.
