Deleting a Disney+ account

I've signed up to this offer but I no longer want it. How do I delete my account?

Delete in My O2 under My Extras or by going to the Disney site and cancelling there.

I can't find it. This is what I find in My O2/My Extras. The Disney site is a dead end, too.

Then you need to contact O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Everyone else has been able to contract directy via the Disney site if they can't do it voa My O2.

You need to cliock on manage my extras and move the slider to not auto renew

This will then cancel the renewal process on o2's end

Once you have done that go to disney plus and follow the instructions here
