Hi,

 

I want to delete my o2 account as it was only created to order a Pay & Go mobile and is no longer needed and Live Chat doesn't work.

You need to call customer services, 202 from an O2 phone.

I believe from past post the account will remain due to audit purposes.

Log out and it will go dormant and any PAYG account SIM card will de activate after not topping up within 999 days or making a call within 6 months.

PAYG customer services is 4445 but they won't be able to delete the account imo.

Sorry, also want to correct my first post, CS is 4445 from a payg handset, 202 is contract.
