This is the frustration created by the credit referral team, no answer for weeks, why? I can icture a two man team who have the same lunches and holidays. A default is a serious problem for customers, some have deserved ut many others have never been informed and know nothing until applying for a mortgage or another form of borrowing. If issues could be dealt with quickly then the possibility of and joy of buying a family home would be much ess stressful.
They are one step down from God and at least I would not expect any answer from above, but we have every right to expect a response to an email rather than waiting weeks and wondering if there is more than one man and his dog on the team especially given that you can't actually speak to that man or his dog. You would get a quicker decision on Brexit!
