does anyone now how to contact support? My sim card has stopped working, but at this current time chat is disables and when you phone 202 if you are not cancelling your contract the message service closes.

Eventually did, ended up going through to the upgrade/leave option as all others just ended the call.

I just wanted to check if you got your SIM sorted with customer service earlier? I think, since you SIM didn't work, it means you were unable to use your phone - which means it would be classed as an urgent query so I hope you managed to get through in the end to customer service. Let us know if you still need any help though?
