My phone number ending 875 is associated with another user. I need this fixed ASAP, and the fact my account was breached is a big problem ⚠️

We are all customers here so we cannot access accounts or deal with those problems.
In the first instance you need to contact O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or Message them
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Check your account through My O2 and change passwords and memorable data.
Inform your Bank of the suspicious activity too, so they can monitor your account more closely
