Hello. My wife has two contracts in the o2 network. One phone is hers and the other is for me with the end number 884. The contract ends in February and I would like to transfer it to myself. I also have internet in virgin and I need volt.

You will need to apply for a contract in your own name due to having to pass credit checks.
Your wife can then transfer the number to your new account.
Your Volt benefits will be added within 14 days of taking the new contract.

Volt now applies to people living at the same address.
Your wife can request Volt via My O2, providing the address there is identical to the one on Virgin media
