I placed an order for a galaxy watch whilst on holiday on Saturday 18th March. Long story short my old galaxy watch broke and i decided to get another one so i checked stock to see if there was any at the shop where i was staying and there was. I placed the order and got the emails through saying it wasnt in stock after all and it would be deliverd there instead. I rang o2 on my way home today to get them to change the delivery to my home address. The line wasn't great as i was driving and the phone call finished and i thought that the girl had understood amd changed the deliver address. A few houra passed and i didnt get any emails or texts from o2 confirming anything i thought id requested. So i rang again and after an hour on hold i got through to a guy who was trying to sort out my request and wasn't saying much and was struggling to do anything he said he'd text me back to tell me what to do. Now im not a delivery expert but how hard can it be to change a delievry address? Will i get this watch deliverd to my address?
