Hey all,
So changed address and upgraded my Virgin media package and got offered a sim card which is great, took up the offer which is great!
However....
22/05/2024 the order was confirmed. (Sim estimated delivery 5-7 days)
06/06/2024 Direct Debit taken (Still no SIM Card delivered)
21/06/2024 now in new address and no sim card delivered..
So nearly a month and no sim card?!
I cant log into the online account as it sends a code to the mobile number (which i obviously do not have access to)
Cannot find an online chat to talk to anyone direct, If i cancel the Direct Debit that will come with its own problems.
So any help would be greatly appreciated from the community!
