I appreciate that O2 will be busy due to yesterdays issues but I lost my phone last night and have called up O2 to organise a replacement (I pay £6 a month for insurance) and have so far waited 1 hour 36 minutes to get through. I am working from home but unable to make calls as I am stuck waiting. Chat is unavailable so can someone please let me know how I can get through to speak to someone?

Sorry to hear you lost your phone but sure you'll be quickly sorted when you do get through to them
As you say customer services are going to be a little busy today so all you can really do is wait until you do get through
