Wonder if anybody can help me.
I had insurance on my old phone which i never used. I have recently upgraded and was given the option of insurance or not. I have fortunately never needed to use the insurance so selected no.
I have found that the payment for my old insurance is still being taken so was wondering if this is covering my upgraded new phone?
If it is i need to cancel it but cant see anywhere online of how to do this and when i call they hang up because i dont want to upgrade or leave o2 (due to COVID-19)
Can anybody help??

No, the insurance needs updating to the new phone
