Can't use new log in details for My O2 access

Hi I use my email address to login to My o2 to view my bills etc. Due to changing ISP I went into change details and put in my new email address. It won't accept the new details, I went on the chat help and they said they would update it, but still not worked

Can only login with old username?

You would be better off phoning customer services they are much more reliable than chat
