Can't receive texts from my partner

I can send my wife texts but she cant send/reply to me? Samsung Galaxy A32. She has been able to in the past but when she first got the phone she had to take it to the O2 shop to have this problem fixed. Now it's doing it again, what is the solution? She can call me just not send texts?

Check you haven't blocked her number or added it to spam in your message settings.
