Calls from O2 mobile to landline fail

Hello

I'm not an O2 customer, but someone who is tells me they cannot call my landline VOIP number

They just receive dead air

I'm trying to find out whom I should contact with this issue

I can call this landline VOIP number from other mobile networks and other landlines without issue

Speak to the VOIP Provider, as it sounds like the call is connecting but for some reason data isnt been passed. 

All o2 do is connect the call to your provider, which has been achieved.

You don't mention who your SIP Provider is nor the area code

I have spoken with the VOIP provider, no calls are received on their systems from the particular O2 number, they suggest contacting O2,  so who to speak with is the question

The area code is 028

And as mentioned, I can call it from other landlines and mobiles on other networks.
