Hello, I'm returning a broken device to dpd tomorrow, I'm unsure if I need to put it in its original box and include the charger or do I just give them the iPad? Will I get charged if I do not return all of the device? I'm a little stressed as I cannot seem to find the box for the life of me. Any help appreciated!

If it's an insurance claim, no, but if it's a 30 day return, yes, you need to return in original packaging with all accessories. If not, you will be charged for the missing items.

Thank you very much for the help, just to make things clear for myself, I did claim from mt insurance, so I don't need to give them the box and charger, just the iPad? Thank you again, you've helped clear a stressed mind haha.
