Broadband not working and no one to contact

After spending hours on hold to various departments, being transferred to various people including virgin media and being told my number doesn't exist I'm still without working broadband. Good to see the millions of pounds the country pays O2 gets reinvested in the service... Shambolic.

Are you refering to a data connection on your phone or home wired broadband?
