Received a Boostbox today and after it didn't activate for a few hours called customer services and was told it would take 10 to 15 days for them the register it there end. Is this normal. Very bad that you have to wait so long after getting a device to be able to use it
Just had a 2nd call to them and has now gone down to a week. Not going to hold my breath

Unfortunatly we see so few boostbox queries here you will get little help apart from support there was another user that had delays if you search boostbox and contact them they may be able to help
