@Matt1978Have you been able to connect to WiFi and check for any updates.
This is usually cleared by a reboot of your phone, but i would also recommend removing the sim card and rebooting the phone, then re insert the sim card
Also try going into Mobile Network settings and ensure 4G is set to autoconnect and then ensure the device is connecting to o2 automatically
