I have transferred my number from other network when my contract finished but O2 is still charging me for last 2 months. I have provided the evidence of my number being transferred to my brokers Aerial and they said they need to investigate what’s the error in O2 system.

Did you have any outstanding payments left on your previous contract? If you are now with Aerial, that means they have put you on a Business contract.
