Hi all
has anyone else attempted to use Amazon prime via the link on o2 site after confirming adding Amazon to your o2 bill? I’ve not been able to get set up and just get an error message saying ‘sorry we can’t show you this extra at the moment’
o2 are impossible to get support from so thought I’d ask here
