Hi there
I have recently (mid-March) signed up to a new contract with O2 (SIM-only) which was advertised with 3 months Amazon Prime Video included. Can someone please help me in finding a code / approach to access the Prime Video?

Go to My O2 to redeem your extra. You'll be able to redeem it through the 'Your extras' section under manage your account.

Thank you for the prompt reply Cleoriff.
I had a look before posting, and there isn't an Extra in my account. Trouble is I didn't take a screen shot of the order, and can't see it in my account. As this not considered "critical" customer service (seems to be reserved for joiners and leavers), call centre is not able to help at the moment.
I was wondering if I have missed something when I signed up... Hopefully a member of staff cal help when they have a spare moment.
