I was suggested by Customer Service Centre to send my complain to CRS (email address has been confirmed is correct) and they would reply wihtin 5 days and that's what I did. Unfortunately, today (5th Oct. ) I am still waiting for their reply.
O2, if you were readng this post, would you help to resolve my problem please?
