I was suggested by Customer Service Centre to send my complain to CRS (email address has been confirmed is correct) and they would reply wihtin 5 days and that's what I did. Unfortunately, today (5th Oct. ) I am still waiting for their reply. 

 

O2, if you were readng this post, would you help to resolve my problem please?

Hi.

You will not probably get an official response from 02 here.

We are all customers too apart from a couple of site staff.

Did you get a confirmation reply that they have got your complaint.

Re e mail them with any reference number and enquire what stage your complaint is at.
