I am in holiday in Egypt but live in UK , I have just got notification I have accidently used £122 over my bill limit from phone calls is there anything I can please do to change my package to not pay this add on and also I have been using 4g and texts will this cost me extra too ?

I do t think you can do anything to avoid this charge.Next time set up a spending cap callin O2 so you can avoid any extra cost

@Ogre66You can use Wifi only. You can turn Voicemail off. You can also buy a local PAYG sim. Those three things will avoid any charges to O2.

Yes this are good options but  she already made 120£ extra charges so I just replied to that. she need to pay that.
