AMAZON DEAL THROUGH O2 cancellation

I got a deal for Amazon Extra through O2 but now I cannot get into my account on Amazon Music because O2 have not cancelled this or removed it according to Amazon Prime. They told me O2 had to cancel this so I can access it again, I'm paying for a service I can't get into because of O2

Hi There, nope I cannot see the option to remove??? There is not big + or otherwise that I can see, I'm going round in circles with this. I've already contacted O2 about it, same old same old they'll get back to you via WhatsApp but never do. Then your left hanging. The pictures jonsie have posted is not what I'm looking at , there is only the choice to add but not remove and now I've got charges. This is an absolute nightmare i want it removed  ASAP. O2 should not offer these deals if they're going to make it near on impossible to remove. It's easier to join FBI than it is to remove this plan. My head is burst with it. Also when you use the App you do not see the pictures you have posted.

Hi Emma, Thanks for your message. I have contacted 202 and spoke to the advisor. This has now been rectified. Thanks guys for all your help today. Much appreciated 👍

I also want to cancel my Amazon prime extra. There is no way to do this via myo2 app or website. Please advise.
