Cancel plan

Hi I need to cancel my sim plan but I’m not able to use my o2 sim as I am travelling Australia. Is there any way to get around this? I did ring to cancel before I left but they never went through with the cancellation.

You are going to have to use Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) during o2's opening hours, on +44 800 902 0217 and they should be able to cancel it for you, and take any payment for early termination fees, if you are still in contract..

It is actually free to call O2 from abroad from your O2 sim.
