@Sacul It's either congestion due to too many subscibers or there is a fault with the 4g signal.

Sorry I can't help, but I am experiencing this also. I'm in Nantgarw - South Wales, and running speed test on 4G I am consistently seeing speeds bewteen 2Mbps and 5Mbps, but when I switch over to 3G (H+) I get speeds of around 20Mbps.
I've been google-ing around and every web site I find to do with 4G speeds suggest that I should be getting download speeds upto 300Mbps. I can't get anywhere near this!

@Phillip you won't get 300mbps esp not on O2.
The fact that 3g is faster proves that the 4g band is congested in your area so until there is a network upgrade, you won't see any improvement I'm afraid.
