Hi
Has anyone had problems getting their £20 voucher from the O2 Xmas promotion?
Have tried calling & been in to the O2 shop several times but keep being promised an email containing the voucher - received 1 email but when I tried to use it 2 days later it was expired..... Very frustrating, anyone have any suggestions?

I see you have "tried" to phone 02 so i would suggest you Set some time aside and sit on the phone line to Customer Services.
