Solved: voicemail icon removal

i know this is probably a really silly/simple question, but i am a basic user, since having my new nokia back in june i still have a voicemail icon not sure if its a message or not, but would like help to get rid of it, i cannot find my handbook. Thank you.

Dial 901 to listen to the voicemail and the notification will disappear.
