Download network setup from the Nokia Marketplace and follow the instructions. Hopefully that should sort it out for you. Go to Marketplace > Nokia Collection > Network Setup
http://ukmobilereview.com/manufacturers/m-nokia/how-to-set-up-internet-mms-on-nokia-lumia/
or try the manual settings:
MMS APN
MMS access point name: O2 Pay Monthly MMS
Proxy address: 193.113.200.195
Proxy port: 8080
Username: o2wap
Password: password
MMSC address: http://mmsc.o2.co.uk:8002
Once done, you may have to restart the phone for the settings to take effect.
Make sure when you are trying to send your MMS that the mobile data connection is switched on.

I'm sure those settings are correct, try the ones here:
Have you checked that MMS is enabled on your account?

APN: wap.co.uk
Username: o2wap
Password: password
WAP gateway (URL): 193.113.200.195
WAP gateway port: 8080
MMSC (URL): http://mmsc.o2.co.uk
MMSC port: 8002
Maximum MMS Size: blank

Call customer service and ask them if mms is provisioned on your account. If it is, then ask them to remove it and re-provision it. This takes 24 hours.

If you go into settings and then go right down to the bottom to access point. Open that and then click on the setting for your payment type eg O2 pay monthly.
Works a dream!
