hande my phone in on the tuesday 9th feb 16 used tracking phone nolonger exists

handed my phone into 02 store sent to ANOVO FOR REPAIRS  AS HAD NO CHARGE TO PHONE WAS TOLD PHONE TO GO TO HUNGRY BUT WHEN PUT MY TRACKING CODE IN TO FIND DEVICE MY PHONE HAS VANISHED EVEN O2 WERE SUPRISED WHEN THEY COULD'NT GET IN ITHER :manmad:

Op will have got a large receipt as the sales assistant scanned the phone in.
Also, O2 recently changed the system for tracking repairs.
It used to be.

First question is do you have any documentation that the phone was handed in to o2?
Having never sent anything away with them I do not know for sure, but would imagine you would have got a receipt or something...

You really need to chase customer service if the store have no idea where the phone is....

As long as you can prove you handed your phone into an O2 store they will replace it for you if they have lost it.

Phones seem to go missing too often when you drop them into a store for repair. It's now 2 weeks and I would be straight on the phone after one week!
