I ordered air pods on Friday and they were meant to come on Saturday, I paid £9.99 extra to get them Saturday and they never arrived, it’s Monday now and they still haven’t arrived, I haven’t received any emails about why they haven’t arrived, I would like to know where my package is?

You need to call customer services on 0344 809 0202 from a non-o2 phone or 202 from an o2 phone and they should be able to tell you.
