Hi, i am currently paying monthly for a mobile phone and a contract but my phone has now broken. what should i do?

You have a few options @hml.

How broken is the phone? Can you still use it or is it too broken to use?

If you have a paid for bank account you might be covered there - check the small print, although there will probably be an excess charge.

You could try contacting the manufacturer of the phone to see if they have a repair option.

Otherwise you can try sending it to be repaired by o2 - either go to your local shop or call customer services (link to a few numbers and tricks to get through below):
